My main work besides drinks competition judging and running our magazine is beverage product development, and I have been working on many successful projects. Many of these are covered by NDA, so there’s not a lot to brag about, and I also like the brand owners to take the limelight. After all, I am a consultant in the background, but I am happy to say there is a selection of brands out there that I had a considerable amount of work invested to make them successful.
Drinks evaluation and development comes naturally coming from my background of being a Drinks critic and judge, and I'm here to help either with working on existing lines and making them better or with new product development or projects in their research and development stage.
